&Changes:& &- Improved pairing and connectivity between the camera and Android OS devices running the SnapBridge 360/170 app. & &Updating the Camera Firmware& &- Create a folder on the computer hard disk and name it as desired. &- Download F-KM360-V12W.exe to the folder created in Step 1.& &- Run F-KM360-V12W.exe to extract the firmware to a sub-folder in the new folder. The resulting file and folder hierarchy is shown below:& &- KM360Update (the sub-folder containing the firmware)& &- update.bin (the camera firmware, located in the “KM360Update” folder)& &- Using a card slot or card reader, copy the “update.bin” file to a memory card that has been formatted in the camera using the KeyMission 360/170 Utility or SnapBridge 360/170 app.& &- Insert the memory card into the camera.& &- Press and hold the camera photo and movie buttons simultaneously to start the firmware update. The status LED will turn off when&& &About Digital Camera Updates:& &Updating to a newer firmware version than the one already installed on your camera can improve the device's overall performance and stability, resolve various issues, and add support for newly developed features or enhance existing ones. &On the other hand, downgrading the camera's firmware can recover its functionality in the unlikely event the currently installed version is faulty or the device's performance dropped after an upgrade.
