This application can be used to manage different paid consumptions, like coffee or tee at the workplace. Closing a period, the application is able to calculate the costs per users, based on their consumptions and expenses during the period since last invoicing. Finally, the application prepares a simple invoice, which can be sent to the users asking them to pay. Application contains more modules, including an internal message system, which can be used by the users and SQL module for administrators to supervise the system.
