Pixelscope is a screen magnifier for Windows OS from XP to 10. It is zero cpu usage (except Win 7 Classic themes). It has many options for effecting magnifing. There are many color effects like: invert, low blue, color filters. It can operate on windowed and fullscreen modes. It flows on mouse cursor and has many shaped border. The size, shape and color of border can be changed. Options are available from popup-menu on systray icon on taskbar.
